My customer put in the wrong details at checkout, can I edit the order?
If a customer enters the wrong name, email address, telephone number or address on their order then you can edit any of these details after the order has been placed.
Select
from the menu. Find and select the order you want to edit.In the 'Customer Details' section select click to edit:
A new page will load with the details entered by the customer. Enter the new details in the appropriate fields and then select save changes.
