My customer put in the wrong details at checkout, can I edit the order?

If a customer enters the wrong name, email address, telephone number or address on their order then you can edit any of these details after the order has been placed.

Select Orders > View Orders from the menu. Find and select the order you want to edit.

In the 'Customer Details' section select click to edit:

A new page will load with the details entered by the customer. Enter the new details in the appropriate fields and then select save changes.
