A bulk discount I've set up isn't working, why not?
If you've set up a bulk discount for a product (either individually on the product or using the bulk discounts feature) and it isn't working, then please check some of the possible causes below:
i) Check that the discount is set up correctly:
If you've set up the discount on an individual product then make sure that you have conformed to the specification for this type.
If you've set up the discount across multiple products then make sure that you have conformed to the specification for this type.
ii) Make sure that there isn't more than one discount covering the same quantity of products purchased.
