What are reward points chunks?

The 'Reward Points Chunks' setting is what specifies the minimum number of points that a customer must have in order to redeem their points for a discount.

For example, if you have specified that your customers must have 100 reward points in their account in order to redeem them, but a customer only has 50 reward points, then that customer won't be able to redeem their points at checkout.

To set this value select Settings > Reward Points from the menu. In the 'Reward Points Chunks' box enter the new value you would like to use. A value of at least '1' is required in order for customers to be able to redeem points, so if it doesn't matter to you how many points your customers should have to begin redeeming them then you should enter 1 in the box.
