What is Feefo?

Feefo is an online review service that can send out automatic emails to your customers after their purchase is completed so that they can review your store and the service & products you provide.

In order to use the Feefo feed you'll need to create an account with Feefo which you can do by clicking here.

How does the Feefo feed work?

The feed works by automatically sending the details of orders placed by customers (including the customer's details and what products they ordered) to Feefo when you indicate on the order page that the order is suitable to be sent to them.

When viewing an order you'll notice a 'send to feefo' button in the order management section.

When you click this button it will make the details of the order appear in the feed that is sent to Feefo. It won't appear straight away though.

The Feefo feed updates every 24 hours (around 1am GMT) and so you need to tell Feefo to check the feed after this time.

Obtaining your Feefo feed URL

To get the URL for your Feefo feed select 'feeds' from the left hand menu and then 'feed URLs'.

Scroll down the page to the 'Feefo feed' box.

Your feed's URL is located in the box.

Before you can use your feed you'll need to enter your Feefo Logon. To do so scroll to the 'feed variables' box and enter your Feefo logon in the box.

Don't forget to save your changes when done.


You must password protect your Feefo feed to stop any user being able to read it. Your feed does contain private information (such as your customer's name and address). You can find out how to protect your feed by reading our article How do I password protect my feed?
