How can I have a live chat feature on my website?

We don't offer a live chat facility ourselves but there are many companies that you can find online through a quick search that will provide this for you. Some are free, others charge a small monthly fee.

We are often asked for recommendations of which third-party software to use, so if you are looking for a live chat provider we recommend using Zendesk (you can click here to go through to their website). They do offer a free trial and thereafter you can go onto a free package.

The live chat provider will give you some code which you can then place into your account which will then display on your website.
