Order status in my account aren't applicable to my business, can I delete them?

If there are order status in your account that you aren't using then you can delete them, but you must first make sure that there aren't currently any orders assigned to them.

To delete an order status select Settings > Order Status > Order Status from the menu.

In the 'Existing Order Status' section locate the order status that you want to delete. Remove the name of the order status from the box, so that the box is empty. Then select save changes.
