Why isn't a page I've created showing on my site's menus?
When you create a new page on your website, your website's menus won't automatically display a link to it.
You'll need to manually add the link to any menu you want to display it in.
Menus are managed through the 'link lists' feature. You can find out how to edit a link list by clicking here.
