Configuring delivery rates

ShopWired supports delivery charging using the following methods:

- By total weight of items in the customer's basket (you can also set a maximum £ value for each weight based delivery rate)
- By total value of items in the customer's basket (you can also set a maximum kg value for each value based delivery rate)
- You can set free delivery on individual items or a specific delivery charge
- You can exclude certain delivery rates from being available if particular items are in the basket (using the delivery rate exceptions app)

You can create more than one delivery rate that covers the same 'basket scenario' (so that you can offer different delivery services).

Delivery rates are created against delivery zones so that you can set delivery pricing for different countries. Parts of the UK are split into different delivery zones for you to use if you need to, and some delivery zones (like European Countries) cover more than one country.

Migrating your delivery rates

ShopWired does not support importing of delivery rates via spreadsheet upload, instead you'll need to create your delivery rates on the page within your ShopWired account.
