What is the potential order error notification?
Occasionally there are times during the order process where an order fails to process completely.
For example, when payment for an order is made, the payment gateway you are using sends an automated notification to our servers to say the platform has been paid. Sometimes this message doesn't get sent out by the payment gateways, or it might be sent in a corrupted format, or it might not be properly received by our side. Such an example might cause an error during the finalisation process.
In these cases, where we detect a potential error, we'll notify you through your account.
Within the 'orders' side menu we'll show an alarm bell if there is an order we have detected a potential error on (as shown in the screenshot below).
You will need to click the 'unpaid orders' menu item and view your unpaid orders.
Next to the order we have detected a potential problem with, we will display the warning icon.
You should check with your payment gateway to see whether you got payment for this order. If you have received payment then you should mark the order as paid, by following the instructions in this help guide article.
If you have any concerns about a particular order please contact us.
