Veeqo

Veeqo is an inventory and shipping platform which allows you to easily manage your business when selling on multiple channels.

If you'd like a demo of Veeqo's software to learn more about how it can help your business, book one here.

ShopWired’s Veeqo app allows you to connect your ShopWired and Veeqo accounts so you can sync stock and export order information from ShopWired to Veeqo. To connect your accounts you will first need to install the app. To do this select APPs > Available APPs from the menu. Find and select the Veeqo app and then select INSTALL THIS APP.

• Connecting your accounts
• App settings
• Exporting products from ShopWired to Veeqo
• Importing products from Veeqo to ShopWired
• Link products by SKU code
• Delivery rates mapping
• Order export errors
• Notes about orders that are exported to Veeqo

Connecting your accounts

Once you have installed the app you can connect your accounts by selecting APPs > Veeqo from the menu. In the ‘Veeqo Account’ section, select Connect with Veeqo:

Follow the steps to allow the app access to your Veeqo account.

Once you have connected your accounts you should then configure the app settings before attempting to import or export products.

App settings

Sync stock levels from Veeqo to ShopWired
Enable this setting to have stock levels from the selected Veeqo warehouse be sent to ShopWired. When you enable the setting select from the drop-down which Veeqo warehouse you want to sync to ShopWired.

Please note!

Regular stock updates are only sent from Veeqo to ShopWired, and not from ShopWired to Veeqo. Therefore, you should use Veeqo as your main stock controller.

Export future orders from ShopWired to Veeqo
Enable this setting to have orders export from ShopWired to Veeqo. When you enable this setting you will need to select a Veeqo store from the drop-down for the orders to import into. For orders to export you will also need to ensure you have mapped your delivery rates.

Please note!

This will not retroactively send past orders to Veeqo. Only new orders that are created once you have connected your accounts, exported/imported your products and enabled this setting will be sent to Veeqo.

Send stock levels to Veeqo during product export
Enable this setting to have an initial stock level be sent when you export a product to Veeqo. When you enable this setting select from the drop-down which of your Veeqo warehouses stock levels should be sent to.

Exporting products from ShopWired to Veeqo

Warning!

Before you export your products make sure you have selected a warehouse under 'Send stock levels to Veeqo during product export' in the 'App Settings' section if you want an initial stock level to be sent to Veeqo.

Use the ‘Export Products To Veeqo’ section to send your ShopWired products to Veeqo. In this section a list of all of your ShopWired products will be displayed:

If there is a specific product which you would like to export to Veeqo, you can use the search bar to find it.

If you have many pages of products, you can use the 'jump to' feature to move between pages. This can be found at the bottom of the export section:

Enter a page number in the box and select jump to page.

Place a tick in the box next to each product that you would like to export. Place a tick in the box at the top of the column to select all eligible products on that page for export:

A warning symbol will display if the product is not eligible to export:

Scroll over the symbol to see what needs to be added to the product to make it eligible for export.

When you have chosen which products you would like to export to Veeqo select export selected. Alternatively, you can choose to export all eligible products from all pages, without the need to manually select every product. To do this select export all.

The export could take a while to process if you are trying to export a large number of products, but you do not need to stay on the Veeqo app page while it is processing. When the export is completed you will receive an email detailing the products which were successfully exported along with any that failed to export. For the products which failed to export the reason for the error will be displayed so you can fix it and try again. When you refresh the Veeqo app page exported products will appear with a 'delete' icon:

If you need to remove an exported product from your Veeqo account, you should use the delete button within the Veeqo app on ShopWired. You would then be able to export the product again if you need to.

Importing products from Veeqo to ShopWired

Use the ‘Import Products From Veeqo’ section to import products from Veeqo into ShopWired. In this section a list of all of the products you have created in your Veeqo account will be displayed:

Place a tick in the box next to each product that you would like to import. Place a tick in the box at the top of the column to select all eligible products on that page for import:

If you have many pages of products, you can use the 'jump to' feature to move between pages. This can be found at the bottom of the import section:

Once you have selected which products you want to import, select import selected. Alternatively, you can choose to import all of your Veeqo products from all pages, without the need to manually select every product. To do this select import all.

The import might take a while to process if you have requested to import a large number of products, but you do not need to stay on the Veeqo app page while it is processing. When the import is completed you will receive an email detailing the products which were successfully imported along with any that failed to import. For the products which failed to import the reason for the error will be displayed so you can fix it and try again. When you refresh the Veeqo app page imported products will appear in the 'Import Products From Veeqo' section with a 'delete' icon:

Select the delete icon to remove the product from your ShopWired account.

Link products by SKU code

If your products already exist on both Veeqo and ShopWired, you can use the 'Link Products By SKU Code' section to connect the products so that stock levels can sync from Veeqo to ShopWired:

For linking products to work the product must have the same SKU code on both Veeqo and ShopWired.

Please note!

In order for stock to sync for linked products you must have enabled the 'Sync stock levels from Veeqo to ShopWired' setting in the app settings section.

To link SKU codes one at a time enter a SKU code in the 'SKU Code' field and select link now. If the system finds the SKU code in both your ShopWired and Veeqo products, then it will connect the products.

To upload multiple SKU codes at once, you can upload a CSV file containing your products' SKU codes. When you attach the file you should indicate which column in the file contains the SKU codes by placing the name of the heading of the column in the 'SKU Heading' field.

To easily obtain a file containing your products which have SKU codes, you should take an export of your stock. To do this select Products > Manage Stock from the menu. Then select export in the top right corner:

Select to prepare the export and then download it to your computer's hard drive. Return to the Veeqo app page, under 'CSV File' find and attach the file, enter SKU in the 'SKU Heading' field and select upload file.

If successfully uploaded, the file will then be processed by the system. An email will be sent to you upon completion. If any errors occur during processing, the email will contain a list along with a description of what caused the error so you can fix it and try again.

Delivery rates mapping

For future orders to export to Veeqo you will need to map your ShopWired delivery rates to the delivery methods you have configured in Veeqo. Any order which is placed using a delivery rate which has not been mapped will fail to export.

In the ‘Delivery Rates Mapping’ section for each of your ShopWired delivery rates select a corresponding Veeqo delivery method from the drop-down under ‘Veeqo Delivery Methods’:

Once you have mapped your rates select save changes.

Order export errors

Occasionally the app may encounter an error when trying to export an order from ShopWired to Veeqo. When this happens the details of which order failed to export will be displayed in the 'Order Export Errors' table:

For each order that fails to export the error returned by the system will be displayed. This may allow you to fix the error, by editing the order or your settings. You can then click to retry exporting the order.

Notes about orders that are exported to Veeqo

• Orders received in your ShopWired account which only contain products that do not exist in your Veeqo account will not be exported to Veeqo.

• For orders received in your ShopWired account which contain a mixture of products which do exist on Veeeqo and products which don’t exist on Veeqo, only the information about the products which do exist on Veeqo will be exported.

• When an order is exported to Veeqo the app will check to see if the order can be matched to an existing customer record. If an existing customer record cannot be matched, then a new customer record will be created. The app will attempt to match orders to customer records in the following ways:

  1. If a company name was entered for the order on ShopWired, the app will check if that company name already exists on an existing customer record on Veeqo. If it finds a match, it will assign the order to that customer. If it does not find a match, it will create a new customer record.

  2. If there was not a company name entered on the order on ShopWired, then the app will check if the billing email address matches an existing customer record on Veeqo. If it finds a match, it will assign the order to that customer. If the app does not find a match on Veeqo, it will use the surname and billing postcode entered on the order to search for an existing customer record on Veeqo. If the app finds a match, it will assign the order to that customer. If the app does not find a customer record which matches any of the above criteria, a new customer record will be created.
