Ebay Shipping Rates

In order to send a product to be listed on eBay you need to tell eBay what shipping services are available to the customer when buying the product from you.

Shipping services can be created through the eBay settings page in your account (select 'settings' from the left menu and then 'ebay').

At the bottom of the page you can add in a shipping service by entering the following information:

i) An internal name (which is for your internal reference, not displayed to the customer)
ii) Selecting a service from a predefined list (set by eBay)
iii) Entering the cost for the customer if they choose the service.

When you've created a shipping service you can then assign it to a product. If you click to edit the product you want to assign the service to and open the 'eBay information' box you'll be able to select up to 4 shipping services from this list that you have created.

You just need to tick the box for each service.

Alternatively you can create a service that only applies to an individual product by selecting the service type (again from a pre-defined list) and then entering the cost.

You can select up to 4 domestic shipping rates for a product and 5 international shipping rates. On eBay the customer will then be able to choose the service they want.
