Closing your ShopWired account

If you decide to close your ShopWired account, you'll lose access to the whole of your account including the sections that relate to ShopWired Payments.

Therefore, it's always advisable to take any reports and/or downloads/exports of your orders, transactions, balance etc. before you close your account so that you can still access any data that you'll need.

Warning

After your ShopWired account is closed, access cannot be granted even if you just to view or manage ShopWired Payments transactions. You must have an active ShopWired subscription to view or manage any aspect of your ShopWired Payments account.

It's important to keep in mind that after your ShopWired account is closed, you'll also no longer be able to respond to chargebacks - although ShopWired Payments will continue to keep you informed about the results of any chargeback decisions that you've already responded to.
