Returning stock

If you have had product(s) returned to you, and you already use the stock levels system on your account, you might want to add the items back into your stock so they can be resold. (Retroactively adding SKU numbers and stock counts to products will not allow you to return stock to orders which were already created.)

To return stock first select Orders > View Orders from the menu.
Then, find the order that relates to the stock you want to return and click to view it.

In the ‘Products Ordered’ section of the order you will see the SKU code for each product. Beneath the SKU code you will see a return stock button.
Select this button to return the stock quantity that was purchased back to the stock quantity of the product:

Once you have selected return stock it will show you the 'stock returned' success message:


Stock cannot be returned on items that are:
• bundle products
• in an order received from eBay
• the linked product extra on a main product
