Card logos and payment gateway logo
The instructions below are only applicable to themes installed after 27th August 2017. If you installed your theme before this date, the functionality below is not available and your theme files will need to be edited to add in card logos using the page editor. If you need assistance with this please contact us.
Each of our themes comes with the card logos listed below already installed and ready to be activated. These are:
By default, we activate PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro for you when you install your theme.
We show these card logos in the footer of your website (as shown in the screenshot below) and also at checkout (beneath your payment gateway buttons).
To configure which buttons are display navigate to the style editor of your theme (select 'themes' from the left menu and then 'installed themes') and then click the 'style editor' button for the theme you want to edit and then scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tick the card logos that you'd like to display and save your changes.
You also have the option to display the logo associated with the payment gateway that you are using (e.g. WorldPay or SagePay). To do so you'll need to enter the name of the payment gateway into the payment gateway box.
It's important that you enter the name of the gateway exactly as it is shown below, otherwise the logo won't display.
See the example below.
If your payment gateway is not on the list please contact us.
